Tuchel omits Palmer and Foden, hands Jobe Bellingham first England call-up
Thomas Tuchel has left out Cole Palmer, Phil Foden and Kobbie Mainoo for England's Nations League double-header, while Jobe Bellingham and Josh King earn maiden senior call-ups.

Thomas Tuchel has named his latest England squad for the Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain, leaving out Cole Palmer, Phil Foden and Kobbie Mainoo while handing first senior call-ups to Jobe Bellingham and Fulham's Josh King, according to Sky Sports Football.
Jobe Bellingham, who plays his club football for Borussia Dortmund, joins his brother Jude in the squad for the first time at senior level, with the Real Madrid midfielder named among the group alongside him, Yahoo Sports reported.
Chelsea's Palmer misses out entirely, as does his club team-mate Morgan Rogers' Chelsea colleague by name alone in reverse — rather it is Palmer who drops out while Rogers himself is included among the forward options.
Manchester City's Phil Foden has also been overlooked again, continuing his absence from Tuchel's selections, while Mainoo does not feature in the squad named by the England manager.
Liverpool's teenage winger Rio Ngumoha is included, continuing his rapid introduction to the senior fold, and lines up alongside King as one of the newer faces in the group.
Jordan Pickford, James Trafford and Dean Henderson make up the three goalkeeping options, with Pickford's Everton colleague Jarrad Branthwaite also named in defence.
The back line further features Arsenal pair Ezri Konsa and Ben White, Manchester City's Marc Guehi, Newcastle United left-back Lewis Hall, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jarrell Quansah and Djed Spence.
In midfield, Jude and Jobe Bellingham are joined by King, Everton's James Garner, Manchester City's Elliot Anderson, and an Arsenal trio of Eberechi Eze, Myles Lewis-Skelly and Declan Rice.
Harry Kane captains the squad and leads the forward line, which also includes Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Barcelona's Anthony Gordon, Ngumoha and Rogers.
England's full squad for the window reads: Pickford (Everton), Trafford (Leeds United), Henderson (Crystal Palace); Konsa (Arsenal), Guehi (Manchester City), Branthwaite (Everton), Alexander-Arnold (Real Madrid), Hall (Newcastle United), Quansah (Bayer Leverkusen), Spence (Inter Milan), White (Arsenal); Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Jobe Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund), King (Fulham), Garner (Everton), Anderson (Manchester City), Eze (Arsenal), Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Rice (Arsenal); Kane (Bayern Munich), Calvert-Lewin (Leeds United), Gordon (Barcelona), Ngumoha (Liverpool), Rogers (Chelsea).
The Three Lions will face Croatia before taking on Spain in their Nations League assignments, with Tuchel's selection choices set to be tested immediately against two of the tournament's more established sides.
The exclusion of Palmer, Foden and Mainoo leaves a notably experienced attacking and midfield cohort out of contention for the moment, while the elevation of Jobe Bellingham and King signals Tuchel's willingness to blood uncapped players ahead of the fixtures.
