Real Madrid thrash Leipzig 4-1 as Bernardo Silva nets first goal
Kylian Mbappé scored and set up a goal as Real Madrid made it three wins from three in the Champions League, beating RB Leipzig 4-1 in Madrid.

Real Madrid extended their perfect start to this season's Champions League to three wins from three, beating RB Leipzig 4-1 at home on Wednesday under José Mourinho.
Bernardo Silva broke the deadlock from close range towards the end of a tight first half, scoring his first goal for Madrid since arriving from Manchester City in the summer, according to the Guardian.
Arda Guler doubled the lead shortly after the interval, before Kylian Mbappé bent in a third to put the result beyond much doubt.
Leipzig briefly threatened a way back into the contest through Tidiam Gomis, who pulled a goal back for the visitors.
Any hope of a comeback was snuffed out late on when substitute Yan Diomande rifled a volley into the top corner, adding a goal to the assist he had also provided after coming off the bench.
Mbappé finished the night with both a goal and an assist and was named UEFA's official Man of the Match, but he was pictured afterwards trying to hand the trophy to Diomande in recognition of the youngster's impact, Yahoo Sports reported.
The France forward has now scored in every one of Madrid's Champions League fixtures this season, taking his tally to 12 goals in 12 games overall, per the Guardian.
Mbappé set out the scale of the task still facing Mourinho's side in the competition's league phase. "We know every point is important to get into the top eight, we know we have to win as many games as possible – we've won three and there are five to go," he said.
Asked about his own form as he awaits next week's Ballon d'Or ceremony, Mbappé struck a cautious note despite his goal return. "I'm doing well [but] I think I can do more," he said.
He added separately that he continued to push himself to improve, saying it was a good moment but that he had to keep going and do more.
The win keeps Madrid firmly on course in the revamped league-phase format, where Mbappé's own framing of the campaign makes clear that a top-eight finish, rather than simply progression, remains the target with five rounds still to play.
Mourinho's side will look to carry the momentum from a fourth straight European victory into their next league-phase assignment as they continue the pursuit of a secure path through the group stage.
